Particularly desirable is the factory 6-speed manual transmission, pairing the Competition Package with a traditional three-pedal drivetrain and rear-wheel drive. In Competition specification, the 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline-six produces 444 horsepower from the factory, supported by Adaptive M Suspension and an Active M Differential. This example was further equipped with the Executive Package, M Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Head-Up Display, Wireless Charging, and Sakhir Orange / Black Extended Merino Leather, resulting in an original MSRP of $87,285.

Performance has been extensively enhanced with a Bootmod3 Stage 2+ calibration and ECU unlock, bringing output to approximately 650 horsepower. Supporting the increased performance is a comprehensive collection of upgraded cooling and charge-air components including a Mishimoto performance air-to-water intercooler, CSF high-performance oil cooler, CSF front mount heat exchanger, VRSF charge pipes and J-pipe, VTT oil catch can, and aFe high-flow drop-in air filters. A highly desirable VTT Spline crank hub upgrade addresses a critical area of the modified S55 platform and provides additional security for the increased power level.

The drivetrain has been reinforced with a Wagner Tuning twin disc clutch kit, providing additional capacity for the substantially increased output while retaining the engagement of the factory 6-speed manual transmission. An AWE SwitchPath cat-back exhaust system with Carbon Fiber M exhaust tips gives the S55 a substantially more aggressive exhaust character while retaining valve-controlled versatility. The combination of approximately 650 horsepower, a reinforced crank hub, upgraded twin-disc clutch, and manual transmission creates an especially engaging configuration.

The chassis has been enhanced with an H&R HAS height-adjustable sleeve kit, allowing the ride height and stance to be tailored while retaining the sophisticated characteristics of the factory adaptive suspension. The factory M Carbon Ceramic Braking System provides exceptional braking capability, representing an $8,150 original option and adding another significant performance component to this already highly specified Competition model.

The exterior has been transformed with an extensive collection of premium components including an ADRO AT-R1 Swan Neck rear wing, APR carbon fiber front splitter, carbon fiber front grilles, M Performance trunk spoiler, paint-matched side markers, CSL Style DRL modules, and a front tow strap. The entire Alpine White exterior is protected beneath LLumar Valor Frozen Paint Protection Film, providing comprehensive protection while transforming the finish with a distinctive frozen satin appearance. A Turner Motorsport oil cooler guard and aluminum skid plate provide additional protection for vulnerable components beneath the lowered vehicle.

Inside, the Sakhir Orange / Black Extended Merino Leather cabin creates a dramatic contrast against the Alpine White exterior while retaining the focused character of the F82 M4. An M Performance Alcantara steering wheel, M Performance shift boot, and M Performance E-brake boot further enhance the driver-focused environment, particularly fitting for the 6-speed manual drivetrain.
