Finished in Brooklyn Grey Metallic over a striking Fiona Red / Black Extended Merino Leather interior, this 2024 BMW M3 Competition xDrive has been transformed into a serious single-turbo S58 build centered around a DOC Race turbo system, custom CMbuildz fabrication, and a Precision PTE 7275 Next Gen ball-bearing turbocharger rated for up to 1,200 horsepower. From the factory, the M3 Competition xDrive is powered by BMW's 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline-six producing 503 horsepower and paired with an 8-speed M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic and M xDrive all-wheel drive. Adaptive M Suspension, an M Sport Differential, M Compound Brakes with Red calipers, and M Driving Dynamics Control provide an exceptionally capable foundation for the extensive performance build.

This example was exceptionally well specified from the factory with Brooklyn Grey Metallic over Fiona Red / Black Extended Merino Leather, creating one of the most striking combinations available on the G80 platform. Factory equipment includes the Parking Assistance Package, Executive Package, M Shadowline Lights, Carbon Fiber Trim, Icon Adaptive LED Headlights, Head-Up Display, Parking Assistant Plus, Wireless Device Charging, Remote Engine Start, and 19/20-inch M Dual-Spoke Black Forged wheels. Its extensive factory specification resulted in an original MSRP of $90,710.

At the heart of the build is a DOC Race Single Turbo Kit featuring a Precision Turbo PTE 7275 Next Gen ball-bearing turbocharger rated for up to 1,200 horsepower. The comprehensive conversion incorporates a 3.5-inch stainless steel downpipe, 1.75-inch stainless dump tubes, dual TiAL 45mm wastegates, dedicated stainless oil-feed hardware, aluminum hardline oil drain, CNC-machined oil feed and drain fittings, coolant bypass components, PCV block-off hardware, heat shielding, a turbo blanket, and coolant tank relocation hardware. Together, these components comprehensively transform the factory twin-turbo S58 architecture into a high-output single-turbo configuration.

A major centerpiece of the build is the custom fabricated manifold by CMbuildz LLC, representing a substantial $7,000 component specifically incorporated into the single-turbo configuration. The custom manifold provides the foundation for the Precision 7275 installation, while a KLM billet catch can adds crankcase ventilation support for the extensively modified S58.

Engine management is handled through a Stage 3 dyno calibration by Haus Of Power. The tuning package incorporates an unlocked ECU and BootMod3 tuning software, allowing the engine management system to be properly calibrated around the substantially altered airflow characteristics of the DOC Race single-turbo system, Precision turbocharger, custom manifold, and supporting hardware.

A Valvetronic muffler paired with a custom midpipe provides a significantly more aggressive exhaust character while retaining the versatility of valve-controlled operation. The combination complements the external-wastegate single-turbo configuration and provides an appropriately aggressive soundtrack for the extensively modified S58.

The chassis has been enhanced with H&R Sport lowering springs, providing a lower and more purposeful stance while retaining the sophisticated factory Adaptive M Suspension. The M3 rides on iconic 18-inch Volk Racing TE37SL Saga wheels finished in Diamond Dark Gunmetal, giving the car a distinctly motorsport-inspired appearance that complements its substantial performance modifications. Carbon fiber air ducts add an additional exposed-carbon detail to the Brooklyn Grey exterior.

Inside, the Fiona Red / Black Extended Merino Leather cabin provides a dramatic contrast against the understated Brooklyn Grey exterior. Factory Carbon Fiber Trim, M Sport Seats, M Seat Belts, Head-Up Display, BMW Curved Display, Harman Kardon Surround Sound, Wireless Device Charging, and the Executive Package create a premium and technology-rich environment while retaining the driver-focused character expected from an M3 Competition.
