Finished in Alpine White over a Black Extended Merino Leather interior, this 2020 BMW M4 Competition Coupe combines the performance of BMW's twin-turbocharged S55 platform with an extensive collection of carbon fiber, suspension, wheel, exhaust, and lighting enhancements. In Competition specification, the 3.0-liter M TwinPower Turbo inline-six produces 444 horsepower and is paired in this example with the optional 7-speed M Double-Clutch Transmission with Drivelogic and rear-wheel drive. Adaptive M Suspension and an Active M Differential provide the sophisticated chassis hardware expected from the F82 M4 Competition, while the factory Executive Package, Head-Up Display, Wireless Charging, and Black Extended Merino Leather add everyday comfort and technology. Its original factory specification resulted in an MSRP of $81,845.

Performance and sound have been tastefully enhanced with BMS cold air intakes, adding a more pronounced induction character to the twin-turbocharged S55. A Valvetronic Equal Length cat-back exhaust substantially enhances the exhaust note while providing the versatility of a valved system, giving the M4 a more aggressive character when desired while retaining additional control over exhaust volume.

The chassis has been enhanced with Swift lowering springs, providing a lower and more purposeful stance while complementing the factory Adaptive M Suspension. A set of 18-inch Apex FL-5 wheels finished in Satin Black completes the performance-focused fitment, providing a motorsport-inspired appearance and a sharp contrast against the Alpine White exterior.

The exterior has undergone an extensive carbon fiber transformation highlighted by a paint-matched carbon fiber GTS Style hood, combining the aggressive vented appearance associated with the M4 GTS with a cleaner body-color presentation. M Performance Style carbon fiber side skirts, a V Style carbon fiber rear diffuser with an integrated LED rain light, and a PSM Style high-kick carbon fiber trunk spoiler create a cohesive aero package. Carbon fiber mirror caps and eyelid trim provide additional exposed-carbon detailing throughout the exterior.

Lighting has also been substantially modernized with GTS Style taillights and an Open Throttle RGB DRL kit, giving the F82 a distinctive appearance both during the day and at night. The integrated LED rain light within the rear diffuser adds another motorsport-inspired element and complements the more aggressive rear presentation created by the Valvetronic exhaust and carbon fiber components.

Inside, the Black Extended Merino Leather cabin retains the premium factory character of the M4 Competition while receiving additional carbon fiber detailing through magnetic paddle shifters and carbon fiber shifter and bezel overlays. Factory Carbon Fiber Interior Trim, heated sport seats, Head-Up Display, Navigation, Harman Kardon Surround Sound, and the Executive Package provide a well-equipped foundation for the driver-focused interior.
