This example was exceptionally well specified from the factory with $1,950 BMW Individual Aventurin Red Metallic paint and $3,500 Black Full Merino Leather. The specification is further highlighted by the $8,150 M Carbon Ceramic Brake system, $5,400 M Carbon Exterior Package, Driving Assistance Professional Package, Driving Assistance Package, and $3,400 Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System. Its extensive factory specification resulted in an original MSRP of $159,195.

A major highlight of the factory specification is the M Carbon Ceramic Brake system, providing premium carbon ceramic braking hardware designed for the substantial performance capability of the M8 Competition. The M Carbon Exterior Package further enhances the exterior with factory carbon fiber components, complementing the standard carbon fiber roof and creating an especially performance-focused appearance against the Aventurin Red Metallic paint.

Performance has been enhanced with a MAD cold air intake featuring dedicated heat shields and a Stage 2 ECU calibration utilizing MHD software. A Stage 3 TCU tune further optimizes the transmission calibration to complement the increased engine output. In its current tuned configuration, the M8 produces 610 wheel horsepower and 687 lb-ft of torque.

An FI full Valvetronic exhaust system provides a substantially more aggressive soundtrack from the twin-turbocharged V8 while retaining the versatility of valve-controlled operation. The system complements the upgraded engine calibration and intake system while allowing the exhaust character to be adjusted depending on driving conditions.

The factory wheel setup has been replaced with a premium set of 20-inch Vossen HF-7 wheels finished in Bronze. The Bronze finish creates a dramatic contrast against the BMW Individual Aventurin Red Metallic exterior while prominently showcasing the factory M Carbon Ceramic Brake system behind the wheels.

Exterior enhancements include a carbon fiber PSM Style trunk spoiler, smoked headlights, and smoked side markers, adding darker and more aggressive detailing to the exterior while complementing the factory M Carbon Exterior Package. The combination of exposed carbon fiber, Bronze Vossen wheels, and Aventurin Red Metallic gives this M8 Competition a particularly distinctive appearance.

Exterior protection has also received significant attention. Paint protection film has been applied to the factory carbon fiber roof, front bumper, and exterior mirrors, helping preserve several of the vehicle's most vulnerable and premium exterior surfaces from rock chips, road debris, scratches, and everyday wear. EV Super Nano Film window tint provides additional cabin comfort while completing the exterior presentation.

Inside, the Black Full Merino Leather cabin is complemented by carbon fiber trim and a full Alcantara headliner. A Head-Up Display, Integrated Navigation, Wireless Device Charging, Comfort Access, and the premium Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System provide an extensive collection of luxury and technology features.
